Because everybody’s situations are different and understanding that is a time sensitive industry we work really hard to organise inspections within your timeframes, usually it’s within 3 working days but know that sometimes it simply needs to happen more quickly and we try to make that happen.

In most cases the report are made available the same day as the inspection.
Q: Will I get to speak with the person carrying out the inspection? Expand
Absolutely, the inspector that carries out the inspection will call you once they have finished at the property to discuss anything of relevance. Then once you have had a chance to read through the report then you are always welcome to call and discuss further.

Yes, you will need to notify the selling agent out of courtesy. It’s probably best if you arrive with about 15 minutes before the end of the inspection that way the inspector will have had a chance to work through the property and can then spend some time talking about the property and answer any questions you have.

The inspector will be able to make recommendations to rectifications based on their experience in the industry, if it is outside the skill set they will be able to refer you to the appropriate people for more advice.
